If prior to notifying us, your order has shipped and left the building you can always return your order - so no worries.
All items that are orderable on-line are in stock and ready to ship. If you find an item that is not in stock, you can notify us to notify you when it is back in stock, or simply check back at a later date. We are also happy to notify you when an item is back in stock -- just email us with your request.
If an item is out of stock, you find a useful feature we offer to have us automatically notify you as soon as the item is back in stock. Simply click the "Out of Stock" button or "notify me" link and provide an email address. It simple and works!

All items are in-stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. We are committed to making sure that when you order an item it is in stock. That's why every product page lists the stock status. See in the example below, "This item is in stock and ready to ship".
We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items and indicate current availability on Vickerey.com. On rare occasions, due to extremely popular demand, an item sells-out faster than it can be reflected on the site. As we carefully monitor inventory we are able to quickly re-stock.
If an item is back ordered, you will not be charged for a back ordered item until it is shipped and no additional shipping charges will be incurred. We will send an email when the back-ordered item ships. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, you may do so at any time before the item ships.
