How long does the whole process take?

Once you ship your return, you should expect approximately 1 to 2 weeks for your return to be completed. On average, returns are processed with 1 to 4 days from the receipt of your package.

How will I know I've been credited for my return?

We’ll send an email to you upon completion of the credit.  In order to ensure receipt of this email, please make sure you turn off your spam filter for info@vickerey.com
If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to your specified email address.

When will I see the credit appear on my credit/debit card statement?

How quickly the credit appears on your statement depends on your credit/debit card company. While credits are posted the same day the credit is processed by us, it may take 1 to 2 business days for your bank to show the credit posted on your account.

Depending on the monthly billing of your credit/debit card and what day the credit was processed will determine whether the credit shows on your next bank statement or the one after. Since we will notify when the credit was posted, you will have sufficient information to determine which statement will list your credit.
